Created the conditions for transforming all parts of the educational system in Guernsey to improve the quality of education being offered to the community and help assure the economic future of the Island.
As part of its ambition to develop a Modern Efficient Council, a local authority embarked upon a programme to create a council that has the leadership style and culture that could rapidly change today and respond quickly to changes tomorrow.
The CITB commissioned a number of changes that redefined its contribution to the industry, making it more responsive to the training needs of the construction industry and ensuring that levy funded grant payments were made for high quality training.
As part of a 4 year Digital Transformation Programme, the IMECHE established an Agile Workforce Programme to ensure employees were able to work in ways that made the most of emergent digital services and developed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
